Victime de trouble du comportement alimentaire, elle a mesur\u00e9 l\u2019urgence de relayer les signaux d\u2019alerte lanc\u00e9s par nombre de chercheurs et de professionnels de sant\u00e9, mais aussi par des paysans (au sens le plus noble du terme) et des chefs de cuisine face \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance de substances qui alt\u00e8rent notre sant\u00e9 physique et mentale d\u00e8s notre petite enfance, et aux tours de magie op\u00e9r\u00e9s par les industriels de l\u2019agroalimentaire pour obtenir une bonne note au Nutri-Score. Elle vit et pratique aujourd\u2019hui en Bretagne (Lannion).
